Tameed Platform Receives Central Bank License

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has granted a license to Tameed Platform for Debt-Based Crowdfunding in the debt-based crowdfunding activity. This comes after the platform's success in its experience through the SAMA's regulatory sandbox (Regulatory Sandbox) for innovative financial services and products in the Kingdom.

This step comes in line with the SAMA's role in supporting the financial sector by allowing new financing activities to enter the market. This will help to strengthen and support the sector, attract a new segment of investors and companies that add value, and ensure the efficiency of these companies by complying with the regulatory and supervisory requirements issued by the SAMA.

Tameed Platform thanked the SAMA for its trust in the company and granting it the final license. The platform confirms that since its inception, the trust of investors, borrowers, and regulatory authorities has been at the forefront of its work.
